As the announcer introduced the program I heard "We Are Coming" as the screen blipped with some lines of static interference. The voice was female but hidden behind a few audio filters.Paulnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17981668.post-64799996199980225472009-06-25T15:00:27.422+01:002009-06-25T15:00:27.422+01:00JULY 6th Is the official air date in UK, can't...JULY 6th Is the official air date in UK, can't wait!!!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17981668.post-49839778559253476882009-05-30T15:49:09.380+01:002009-05-30T15:49:09.380+01:00I reckon it's July. That's what the TV and Satellite Guide said, and if it were the middle of June they'd certainly be plugging the hell out of it (I mean on British Television. I know BBCA is plugging it, but BBCA always begins to advertise things a lot earlier than BBC)

Still, it feels like it's getting closer - we've had two interviews in the last week (Gay Times - JB and GDL - and Attitude - RTD and GDL), I think the next issue of SFX is supposed to be Torchwood based, and we have a new 2 min trailer! It actually feels as though it's beginning to happen - finally.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17981668.post-2882759640803992302009-05-29T05:09:37.644+01:002009-05-29T05:09:37.644+01:00BBC Press Office has started to add to 13-19th Jun...BBC Press Office has started to add to 13-19th June, no mentions of TW of course!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17981668.post-49698141037589924232009-05-28T20:41:24.452+01:002009-05-28T20:41:24.452+01:00it's because of this 5 day marathon thing... conce...it's because of this 5 day marathon thing... conceptually it's a nice idea to have an epic week long special, but taking up 5 consecutive nights of prime time slots is completely impractical. I'm sure nothing's being kept from us for the purposes of building excitement - it really isn't that exciting- it probably just hasn't been fitted in yet.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17981668.post-72751994572889515232009-05-27T09:46:27.078+01:002009-05-27T09:46:27.078+01:00BBC America seems to be preparing to run Torchwood...BBC America seems to be preparing to run Torchwood in connection with the startup of their HD service in JulyAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17981668.post-91761058894493541942009-05-25T13:33:15.993+01:002009-05-25T13:33:15.993+01:00My god, what are we complaining about, Torchwood s...My god, what are we complaining about, Torchwood s2 has not even been aired in Australia, due to it being bought by a station that has the wrong demographics. Finally ABC has picked up season 1 and 2 but no mention on t3 in Aust until at least next year - no one has purchased it yet. It may show up on cable "UK TV", but that leaves the rest of us to troll the sites to find a peer to down it from, v expensive and annoying. But it was the only was to see t2.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17981668.post-3099147335519533882009-05-25T08:31:55.214+01:002009-05-25T08:31:55.214+01:00There's been no advertising for it and I would hav...There's been no advertising for it and I would have expected at least something by now with the mini series being so major.
The fact that there are 3 or something radio plays, which also have no blooming date, are before the series I'm guessing we've got rather a wait for COE still. Could you please direct me to this Official Press Release, as I have certainly never heard of it.

My most recent copy of Tv and Satellite Guide (UK) advertised COE as being shown in July, so as my first piece of solid evidence from the UK, I'm actually on the verge of being that it is July, and not June.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17981668.post-79296514717624173582009-05-22T09:06:01.166+01:002009-05-22T09:06:01.166+01:00this is ridiculous just broadcast it will you!!!!!...this is ridiculous just broadcast it will you!!!!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17981668.post-35567431457464092472009-05-21T19:14:00.310+01:002009-05-21T19:14:00.310+01:00I hope it is in June.
