Alas, no David Brent's about (lets face it, he's worse than anything Torchwood could ever come across!) but here's Nate's set report. You can link directly to his website here:
WHOEVER SAYS TELESALE CALLERS AREN'T EVIL, IS LYING!
"Filming for the BBC’s new Doctor Who spinoff, Torchwood (an anagram of Doctor Who) came to my office today whilst I was peacefully trying to get on with some work.
I had been made aware of the intended disturbance well in advance, so I came prepared with my digital camera and DV camera.
Stars of the show John Barrowman and Eve Myles were on set, but as yet I haven’t managed to catch a shot of either of them (most of the set is blocked from my view by cabinets).
The scene that they are shooting takes place in the call centre for fictional company ‘Passmore Telesales’.
Update:Nothing much actually went on all day, nothing Who’esque anyway. No explosions, screams, smoke..T’was all a bit timid."
Photographs taken that day can be seen here.
In other news, this week's Radio Times has a quick Torchwood mention in its "next week" section; adding further speculation that the series might, after all, manage a Radio Times front cover. Such an achievement would help the series hit the big time, and make a much wider audience aware of the series' existence. It worked fort Doctor Who - and fingers crossed it'll work for Torchwood too.
12 days and counting...

John Barrowman will be interviewed in the Sunday Times Culture Section this coming Sunday (15th). Thanks to George from jb.com for alerting me to this!
