The BBC Press Office has just released the lineup highlights for the week of June 27-July 3, which includes the latest installment of Torchwood radio plays. While these dates have been set in stone for some time (see Audio Dates), we have yet to get an official statement on when Children of Earth will be airing.
There is still much speculation as to whether or not the simulcast between the US and the UK will happen. With the days counting down to the US release date (July 20th on BBC America) and the preview showing wrapping up as I writing this at the British Film Institute in London, there is little time left, I believe, before we get our final answers.

At the preview, RTD said that the transmission date was now set, but that it was still to early to reveal.
It was a really good night- at its best, CoE Day One is wonderful, and Borrowman & Myles were in sparkling form, continually corpsing each other on the stage.
Still too early? Is he freaking kidding me? We've been waited over a year for a new series! Come on BBC!
He said that he wasn't allowed to reveal it - something about his life being in danger by the BBC should he let something slip (or that was insinuated). The issue is ITv - they don't want anything that could scuper Torchwood's chances of being the big events it should be, and that means halting any ITV plans to put programmes against it.
