I emailed kurly about this a while back after seeing it on OG but maybe he didn't get it. These were found on eBay by "the ninth doctor" and I wasn't sure if they were genuine, but seeing the pics on the BBC site it's the same logo.

I think I read somewhere that not all of the major cast members have been announced so I wonder if the use of hexagons means there'll be 6 people...
I suspect the hexagons are a visual link back to the parent show, given that they're quite prominent on the TARDIS, rather than an internal reference within Torchwood.
The eBay stuff is interesting - the promo card looks pretty genuine, but I'm not convinced by the business card.... ;)
