Hmm, I think that it's the fact he's a time traveller. As the fact dashing American Reserve Capt Jack Harkness didn't turn up for duty in 1941 and Torchwood know that he's involved with the Doctor (thanks to the whole parking on top of The Hub thing).

Yes but not until after it's run on BBC Three, so probably not until July next year (to fill the gap after Doctor Who

Well considering Torchwood was set up because of the Doctor there's going to be some mentions of him.

Well we know that they mention Jack going AWOL in 1941 so that'll be mentioned, we'll also probably have mention of the Sycorax invasion and of the Dalek/Cyberman Army (where Jack will discover that Rose 'died' and he'll thump the Doctor for it when they meet up again). Harriet Jones should get a mention as should UNIT. Erm, they'll probably be a mention of the events of Boom Town, Slitheen (They've got pictures of Margaret Blaine on the windows of the Hub Entrance after all), The rift and of course Gywneth from The Unquiet Dead is going to be involved somewhere.
