Time To Meet That Cyberwoman!

For BBC Three viewers, Ghost Machine has come and gone. Reviews are popping up all over the place, and like Everything Changes and Day One before it, they're a mixed bag. Behind the Sofa readers (in general) are calling the episode dull and over-predictable, whereas SFX readers were clearly loving every minute.

But as Kurly said earlier last week, not every episode is going to please every single person.

YES, IT'S THAT PHOTOGRAPH AGAIN

If you weren't a fan of Ghost Machine, then I can promise you more thrills and excitement next week - as the Cybermen make an appearence! The trailer for episode four, Cyberwoman, is bound to pop up on youtube sometime in the coming days, so be sure we'll post about it here.

Meanwhile, the Radio Times has information on next weekend's Torchwood Declassified. For fans of Bob the Pterodactyl, it looks like you're going to be in for a treat. I've invisotexted the information as it does contain some naughty Cyberwoman spoilers:

Actor Gareth David-Lloyd talks about his role as Ianto Jones, the mysterious one. Backstage, cameras follow the filming of the attack from the cyberwoman. On set, Caroline Chikezie, playing semi-converted Lisa, talks about this scene and the complex green screen elements and CGI which combine to create the pterodactyl attack. Russell T Davies and Neil Gorton discuss how episode four's Cyberwoman was conceived from script to screen.

There's also an update on episode five Small Worlds (the title is now confirmed, hooray!) but as it doesn't reveal anything we don't already know, I won't trouble you all by posting it here.

So, there you have it - barely four weeks in and we have our first sort of crossover.

Now, about that Black Dalek...

You mean the black Dalek that's appearing in Helen Raynor's Doctor Who episodes next year?

Erm...

I mean the Black Dalek that appeared in Doomsday. Why, does it appear in Raynor's two-parter?

Yay! Lots of Bob, i felt a lack of him in the last 2 episodes, so more action for him. I'm totally enjoying all the episodes, i'm sure there'll be one im not to keen on but i'm really enjoying the show.

I thoroughly enjoyed Ghost Machine and for me, each episede is an improvement on the previous one. No doubt there will be a lapse somewhere (hopefully not though) but as far as I'm concerned, so far, so good!
