All Around the World

Ahead of its September launch Torchwood will be having an American press launch on July 16th, a few miles outside of Hollywood. John Barrowman and the rest of the Torchwood cast are thought to be heading on out to the U.S to give press interviews and kick start pre-publicity on the series. Sounds interesting - and hopefully Kurly (who lives nearby) will be able to wrangle himself a spare ticket and get some exclusive Torchwood gossip for this very site.

BBC, what are you waiting for - give the man an invite!

Elsewhere, and Channel Ten is gearing up for its own Torchwood launch (there's an estimated launch date over on Outpost Gallifrey's news page of July 18th). The Australian channel has created its own website, which features exclusive interviews with Eve Myles and Naoko Mori - who talk about their expectations of Torchwood in Australia. Eve drops a hint about a third series of Torchwood and Naoko reveals she is single and looking. To visit the Australian page, click here.

Here's hoping a good few more countries pick up the series in the near future!
