The wait for 2006 is over. However, the wait for Torchwood is just starting. John Barrowman said on the BBC 1's New Year's Eve coverage that filming for the program will begin in April, with the first broadcast in the Fall.

These are of course roughly the dates we had been expecting, but it obviously would have been nice if he had revealed that they will be ready to shoot in just a few weeks!
