Dancing on a Rainbow

Don't miss out on your chance to hobnob with John Barrowman and Russell T Davies at the first ever Rainbow Awards Dinner and Dance put on by Safer Wales. The two are up for awards during the Sunday, May 6th event at Holland House which raises money for the Main Mardi Gras Event in September.

Tickets are on sale at £50 for a single ticket or £450 for a table if you can round up 9 friends to come along. The award categories are: Most Positive Role Model, Best New Friend of Mardi Gras, Community Spirit, Scene Personality, The Safer Wales Award and Lifetime achievement award.

After the awards, dessert and dancing to a live big band will follow into the wee hours. Make sure it is ok with Scott and JB if you attempt to cut in and grab the Captain during their Tango.

UPDATE: Battle of the Torchwood signings! Now Murray Melvin, better known as Bilis Manger to us Woodies, will be signing at The WHO SHOP in East Ham, London on Saturday 28th from 12 - 4. The exact time that JB will be signing across town at the Oxford Circus Borders. You'll need a TARDIS to get to both.

Finally if you haven't had a chance to listen to JB touring the world's largest particle physics laboratory in this podcast don't miss it. I just listened and can say it is a great half hour of science. Electrons and protons have never been so fun and sexy.

ANOTHER UPDATE: JBs webmaster has now stated that Barrowman was not invited to the Awards Dinner so guess you will just have to wait for another day for that dance.
