Producer Wanted

After a successful first series it looks like Torchwood Declassified, the weekly behind the scenes guide to Torchwood, will be back early next year to report on all things season two. But along the way it's set to gain a new producer - as reported on this BBC Jobs website. According to the site:

Job Title: Producer, Torchwood Declassified
Grade: 09P
Department: Entertainment/Additional Programme Unit
Base : Cardiff
The Additional Programming Unit in the BBC's Entertainment department in Cardiff are responsible for making the following shows, Doctor Who Confidential, BBC THREE's highest rated factual programme, Totally Doctor Who, the highest rated children's show, and the newly commissioned Torchwood Declassified a post watershed show for BBC 2.

JOB OUTLINE
The Producer of Torchwood Declassified: Series Two will be required to manage a team producing ‘behind the scenes’ programming for BBC TWO (with reversions for other platforms and DVD Extras as and when required). Whilst supporting the overall aims of the department, the successful candidate will be able to provide key editorial judgement for the unit as a whole and technical leadership as the series converts to a tape-less production and post production workflow.

The Producer will also be asked to be a key partner in the development of not only this strand, but also in the expansion of the departments’ role in entertainment programming."
