Dating Rhys

Anybody who's seen the latest BBC Two trailer will know that Torchwood is now confirmed as returning to the channel on Wednesday 16th January, at 9pm. The official site has been updated with the news, and also features the new trailer too!

Elsewhere, and icWales have an interview with actor Kai Owen (who plays Gwen's boyfriend, Rhys Williams) up on their website. Kai talks about the second series of the show, as well as his role as Prince Charming in the Snow White panto at the New Theatre in Cardiff. The show stars Lesley Joseph as the Wicked Witch. Anybody who ever saw her in "Birds of a Feather" back in the 1990's will know that she's perfect for the role!

"Snow White" runs until January 26th. You can visit its official webpage here.

Less than two weeks to go now!

As usual, those of us outside the UK can't see **any** of the fun!

Who wants to bet the fisticuffs will be with Owen...

And God bless him for the wedding spoilers. :)

Well you'll be happy to know that there are no plans to open the official site to us non-UK folks due to 'rights reasons' - this is straight from the BBC so we are out of luck. They kindly directed me to the BBCA site which I have no plans of visiting (don't like the channel or their forum especially).

I'm sure the site will open to non-UK users eventually - after all, it did with the SJ site shortly after transmission began, and that didn't even have a high US profile to maintain.

I hope you're right about that, ipsissimus_clay. I really hope you're right.

Thank goodness they've bought the time forward then lass year. It was horrible having to wait until later. I think it really affected ratings.

countdown works off the clock in your computer I think, so if thats wrong, its wrong.

Nor does it adjust for time zones around the world, so wherever you are it's counting down to 9pm a week from wed in your time zone.

The best I can do I'm afraid.
